Zawiya Shadhuliyya Kerala published "Qutbul Awliya Imam Shadhuli (R)", a comprehensive biography of the founder of the Shadhuliyya Sufi order. The book launch was done by Syed Muhammad Koya Ibn Yaseen Muthukoya Thangal in a ceremony attended by scholars, disciples, and community members from across Kerala.
The book, written in Malayalam, fills a long-felt need for an accessible and authentic account of Imam Abul Hasan al-Shadhuli's life, teachings, and spiritual station. It covers his birth, education, spiritual training under Sidi Ibn Mashish, his settling in North Africa and Egypt, and the establishment of the Shadhiliyya order.
The publication is part of Zawiya Shadhuliyya Kerala's ongoing commitment to making the rich heritage of Islamic spirituality accessible to Malayali readers. Previous publications have included translations of key Shadhili litanies and introductory texts on Sufi ethics.
